How to buy autographed books.

VERY IMPORTANT!  Include in your email: 1) name, 2) delivery address, 3) telephone number.  You will then receive an email including an invoice for your order to make an electronic payment via debit or credit card.  As you can see below shipping and handling costs are included in the order.  Once payment has been made via the invoice instruction, QuickBooks will immediately notify Rick once payment is received.  Rick will then ship the book(s) via USPS and send a confirmation email with the USPS tracking number.  If you wish to purchase a digital book for $5, you can email me for instructions on how to do that.
